Q: What services are offered by your firm?

We have dedicated pool of experienced resources who will be supervised by professionals to deliver you and your firm services that will allow you to focus on your core business and leave the rest to us!

Q: You must be expensive?

A: Yes, we are. We believe in delivering value for every penny you spend, unfortunately quality comes at a cost and that is one thing we do not wish to compromise or negotiate. We are not expensive, but we certainly are cost competitive and give you, our customers, a higher ROI and a lower TCO.

Q: How long does it take to develop an app?

A: What is the app about? Printing a simple “Hello World” message will take only a day, however to create complex app / website / customized solution will take time. How much time depends upon – how clear are the requirements, what technology is involved and what is the scale of deployment.

Q: Can you execute technical support setup?

A: Yes We CAN! From a plain vanilla inbound virtual receptionist service to helping you with customer support, we take end to end ownership of delivering quality service to your customers. Of course we need partnership to get the resources trained properly on the products being supported, learning the technical jargon used in your product world or any such fine print that your support representative is expected to know.

Q: We only need infrastructure, do you have options for that?

We can give you space – provide dialer for inbound / outbound, give PRI or SIP trunk, dedicated or common space – anything as per your requirement to help you succeed in your business. Also no restriction on minimum number of seats, if you want to start with only 1 or want to setup a team of 20 – we cater to all requirements.
